Can I mass upload candidates into Assess Accredited?

You can upload up to 100 candidates at a time. This function is only available for PPA, TEIQue and HPTI invitations. 

• From the 'People' tab, click on 'upload candidates' from the list of tabs on the left of the window 

• Download the Excel template 

• Add in your candidate data, following the column headings 

• When you are ready to upload, go back to the 'upload candidates' tab, select the file and click import candidates  

• When the platform sends your invitations out, it is not going to give you the option to customise the email template.  Make sure you amend your email template before sending these invitations.
