# Creating a Team Audit report in Assess Accredited
## Learn how to create a PPA Team Audit report
The Teams function helps you understand how individuals work together based on their DISC profiles. It provides insights into team strengths, limitations, and individual roles.
#### **Create an actual team**
- Go to the **'Teams'** tab.
- Click **'create actual team'.**
- Enter your **'Team name'** and other relevant team details. Once you are done, click on **'add team members'.**
- Scroll down until you see a list of names under **'Candidates'.**
- Ensure:
- The team members you want to select are already candidates in your account.
- Have completed a PPA assessment with a report generated.
- Select the team members you want to include:
- Add them individually or tick multiple boxes and click **'add selected people'.**
- You must select **at least 3 and up to 24** people.
- **Shared candidates cannot be included** in team reports.
- Once everyone is added to the team, click **'Done'**.
#### **Generate the team report**
- After creating the team and clicking done, you will be directed to the next page where you can create a team report when selecting the **'Actual'** team profile.
- The report will open in a **new window**, so **disable any pop-up blockers** in your browser for the best experience.
#### **Create an ideal team profile**
You can now create an ideal team profile and generate a comparison report between the ideal team and the actual team. On the team's dashboard, select **'amend ideal team'** under **'Actions'.** You can choose:
**Team create**
- You will need to complete a short PPA-style survey.
- It selects different groups of behaviours relating to the DISC traits to generate an ideal profile.
**Team questionnaire**
- For users not trained in PPA.
- Ranks statements about team culture and objectives using non-PPA terminology.
#### **Generate a team audit**
- Once you have both an actual team and an ideal team, you can generate a **team audit report** by clicking on **'All'** under **'Reports'.**
- Pricing details are available in the '**Information tab',** under **'Price Chart'.**
