How to customise email templates for assessment invitations in Assess Accredited
This guide offers the steps to personalise email templates for assessment invitations within Thomas Assess Accredited.
In Thomas Assess Accredited, you are able to customise the email invitations for the assessment(s) you send to the candidates.
To begin, select the 'settings' icon and then 'email templates', followed by 'email templates manager'.
Select the desired assessment invitation from the drop down next to 'Email type' and then the preferred language of the invitation.
Once you have selected 'Continue', you will be presented with a similar screen to the below:
From the 'Template' drop-down menu, you can select which template you want to work with. The default template that your system uses will be marked with an asterisk*.
After you choose the template, you can select three options:
1. Selecting the Edit option will allow you to make edits to your chosen template.*
2. The Clone option allows you to duplicate your chosen template and then customise it.
3. If you would prefer to create a template from scratch, select Add.
* Please note that the edit option will be greyed out for the default template. If you want to edit the default template, you have to clone the template first, make changes here and set it to default by ticking the Default box (*only main administrators can use the Default function).
When you have customised/edited a template which is not the default template, you have to tick the Active box as it will enable the template to be in use.
Once you are satisfied, select 'save email template'.
