What is the difference between completing a PPA and a PPA+ in Assess Accredited?
Learn more about the differences between PPA and PPA+
The PPA+ was specifically designed for individuals who need to complete the PPA while using English as a foreign language. It was initially developed in South Africa, where English is the business language, but many people do not speak it as their first language.
The PPA and PPA+ are equivalent, allowing for a direct comparison of profiles between two individuals, regardless of which version they completed.
It is recommended that the PPA+ be targeted towards individuals or candidates with a lower reading level or those for whom English is not their first language. Each adjective includes a brief description of its meaning, which is also beneficial for candidates with dyslexia. The reports generated are the same as those for the PPA.
