My candidate completed an assessment, but the report did not download.
Find out how to solve the problem when your candidate has completed the assessment, but the report will not download.
This may relate to your pop-up blockers. Take a look at the steps below, depending on which browser you are using:
1. Mozilla Firefox

Click the three lines in the top-right corner and go to 'Settings'.

From the left menu, choose 'Privacy & Security'.

Scroll to the 'Permissions' section.

Find 'Block pop-up windows':

Uncheck the box to allow all pop-ups, or
-
Click 'Exceptions', then enter: https://www.thomas.co

2. Google Chrome

Click the three dots in the top-right corner and choose 'Settings'.

Scroll to 'Privacy and security', then click 'Site settings'.

Under 'Content', select 'Pop-ups and redirects.'

Choose 'Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects', or:

Under 'Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects', click 'Add' and enter: https://www.thomas.co

3. Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge and click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Select 'Settings.'
- In the left-hand menu, choose 'Cookies and site permissions.'
- Click the 'Pop-up permissions' button.
- In the pop-up permissions screen:
- Ensure pop-ups are not blocked, or
- Under 'Allow', click 'Add' and enter: https://www.thomas.co
