# My candidate completed an assessment, but the report did not download.
## Find out how to solve the problem when your candidate has completed the assessment, but the report will not download.
##### This may relate to your pop-up blockers. Take a look at the steps below, depending on which browser you are using:
#### **1. Mozilla Firefox**
- Click the **three lines** in the top-right corner and go to '**Settings**'.
- From the left menu, choose '**Privacy & Security**'.
- Scroll to the '**Permissions'** section.
- Find '**Block pop-up windows'**:
- Uncheck the box to allow all pop-ups, **or**
- Click '**Exceptions**', then enter: https://www.thomas.co
#### **2. Google Chrome**
- Click the **three dots** in the top-right corner and choose '**Settings'**.
- Scroll to '**Privacy and security'**, then click '**Site settings'**.
- Under '**Content'**, select '**Pop-ups and redirects**.'
- Choose '**Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects'**, or:
- Under '**Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects'**, click '**Add'** and enter: https://www.thomas.co
#### **3. Microsoft Edge**
- Open Edge and click the **three dots** in the top-right corner.
- Select '**Settings**.'
- In the left-hand menu, choose '**Cookies and site permissions**.'
- Click the '**Pop-up permissions'** button.
- In the pop-up permissions screen:
- Ensure pop-ups are **not blocked**, **or**
- Under '**Allow'**, click '**Add**' and enter: https://www.thomas.co
