Candidates' assessment insights and results
A high-level overview of the candidate experience and the feedback they receive upon completing their assessments.
Upon completing the requested assessment(s), candidates will be able to view their insights instantly.
Within their Thomas account, they will see a list of completed assessments. Selecting 'View insights' for any completed assessment will provide them with feedback on their results. They will then see assessment-specific insights and development tips, and the date the assessment was completed.
The visuals below help you understand how candidates will receive their assessment results and feedback. Candidates can also rate whether their results sound like them, which helps us monitor and maintain the accuracy of our assessments.
The Behaviour assessment shows how an individual prefers to behave and communicate in the workplace.

The Personality assessment helps individuals learn more about how they prefer to work and interact with people around them.

The Aptitude assessment helps individuals learn how quickly they can learn and retain new skills and information.

The Emotional Intelligence assessment helps individuals understand how they recognise, understand and manage their own emotions and those of others.

Candidates can select each trait individually to access their emotional intelligence development tips.
