How to integrate Thomas Assess with Recruitee?
Integrating your Recruitee account with the Thomas Assess platform will streamline your recruitment process.
How to get started:
Setting up your account

Ensure that you have a Thomas Assess account. If you do not have one, contact your customer success manager to create an account for your Recruitee integration.

Once your Assess account is activated, request a Recruitee integration from your customer success manager. An API key will be generated and sent to you via email.

Before assigning assessments in Recruitee, make sure you have created the necessary job role in your Assess account.
Creating jobs on Recruitee

Once the job role has been created on Assess, sign in to your Recruitee account.

Select 'Marketplace' from the left-hand sidebar.

Select 'Thomas Assess' from the list of items.

Click the 'Integrate' button, agree to the terms, and enter your Thomas API key in the token field.

Navigate back to the Jobs page and select the '+ Add job' option in the top right corner of the page. It may be helpful to match the title with the name of the job role you created on Assess.

Continue with the rest of the job creation process as you normally would.

In the Process section, select 'Add new', then choose 'Assessment' for the stage name and 'No type' for the stage type. Click on 'Save'. You can then drag and drop the new stage to your desired position in the application process.

Complete the remaining required information for the job role and select 'Publish' once everything is done.
Assigning assessments to a candidate
- After you have published the job, click on the new job to view the pipeline and candidates.
- Once a candidate reaches the Assessment stage, click to view their details, open the 'More' menu in the upper right corner, and select 'Send Thomas Assess test'.
- Ensure that the candidate's email address is filled out correctly. Under the 'Tests' option, select the job role you have created, along with the assessments you want the candidate to complete.

Role Fit requires the candidate to take the Aptitude, Behaviour, and Personality tests.

For Learning Speed, only the Aptitude test is necessary.

For Characteristic Fit, only the Behaviour and Personality tests are needed.

- Select 'Send', and the candidate will be emailed with instructions to complete the assessments.

Viewing a candidate's results

Once the candidate has completed the assessments, you will see a score badge on their card in the job pipeline display.

To view the candidate's results, click on their profile and scroll down. You will see their overall score, a pin to access their full report, and a rating (out of 5) for the assessments related to the job role.

To view their full report, copy the pin and click 'Open'.

You will be redirected to a new page where you can paste the candidate’s unique pin.

You can now view and download detailed results and interview questions for that candidate.
