## Ask the AI coaches anything, and they will scan your profile to give you the answer, built on scientifically backed research, ready to make work a great place to be.
Our expert data scientists thoughtfully designed the **Personal and Colleague AI coaches** powered by Thom AI, using Thomas profiles to provide accurate and helpful answers. They are rigorously tested and monitored to ensure fairness, relying solely on scientifically backed research. All questions and feedback are stored anonymously, helping us to continuously improve Thom AI.
The coaches' responses are based on content crafted by our in-house team of psychologists. They include Guardrails AI, a system that blocks harmful language, ensuring all answers are positive, constructive, and safe. You will never receive a negative or harmful response from Thom.
