The awaiting results status means the candidate has created a profile, but the assigned assessments have not been completed yet.
The pending status means that the candidate has not created a profile and the assessments have not been completed yet.
To solve this, click on the ellipsis to send a reminder to the person. They will either be asked to create their profile or nudged to complete the assigned assessments.
