Whether you are taking a Thomas assessment as part of a job application or for development, we can help you feel prepared.
Thomas' Behaviour assessment identifies the behavioural characteristics of an individual. It provides information on how you tend to communicate, what motivates you, the value you add and your preferred behavioural style.
Before you start
Before you begin the assessment, there are a few things that you should keep in mind:
There are no right or wrong answers and you cannot pass or fail the assessment.
You must complete the assessment in isolation and without interruption.
While completing the assessment, think of yourself in your current job, but if you are not currently in a role, then think of yourself in your previous job. If you have not worked, then think of yourself at home.
The assessment should take around 8 minutes to complete.

Completing the assessment
When completing the assessment, you will be presented with sets of four descriptive words.
Choose one word or phrase that MOST describes you and one word or phrase that LEAST describes you.
Try and be as spontaneous and honest as possible when answering - your first response is usually the most accurate.
You can also view the definitions of the descriptive words by selecting the information icon.
Getting your results
Once you have completed the assessment, you will be able to view your results immediately in your Thomas Profile account. Your results are based on the way you answered in the assessment.
