Whether you are taking a Thomas assessment as part of a job application or for development, we can help you feel prepared.
Thomas' Personality assessment explores 6 personality traits that provide insight into how you work and interact with people around you. Each of the 6 traits measured in the assessment is stable and consistent across career spans; there are, however, particular traits that are less variable over time and more important to particular careers or situations than other traits.
Before you start
Before you begin the assessment, there are a few things that you should keep in mind:
There are no right or wrong answers and you cannot pass or fail the assessment.
You must complete the assessment in isolation and without interruption.
The assessment is not timed but takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Completing the assessment
You will be presented with a statement and will need to indicate your level of agreement by choosing the number that best reflects your degree of agreement or disagreement with that statement.
You have seven possible responses ranging from disagree completely to agree completely.
Try to be as spontaneous and honest as possible when answering as your first response is usually the most accurate.
Getting your results
Once you have completed the assessment, you will be able to view your results immediately in your Thomas Profile account. Your results are based on the way you answered the assessment.
