How can administrators see each other's candidates in Assess Accredited?
Learn how to share your account with other administrators to see each other's candidates.
Activating shared candidates allows you to view data, candidates, and profiles of other sub-administrators. Sharing candidates is a two-stage process, and all administrators must activate these settings for you to access their data.
Step 1: Setting up candidate sharing:
- Navigate to the 'People' tab.
- Select 'Share candidates' on the left.
- Click on the 'Share existing candidates' button next to the sub-administrator you want to share with.
- You have the option to select 'All future' if you want all future candidates to be automatically shared with this user.
- If you have sensitive data you prefer not to share, select the 'View' option and deselect any candidates you do not wish to include.
- Select 'Update' to apply the changes.
If you are a main administrator, you can share your sub-admin's candidates with yourself:
- Click on the drop-down option on the right next to 'Sub administrators'.
- Select your sub-admin's name from the drop-down list.
- Your name should appear below.
- Select 'Share existing candidates'.
- Select 'All future' to automatically share all future candidates with yourself.
- Select 'View' to select specific candidates that you would like to share with yourself.
- Select 'Update' to apply the changes.
Step 2: Adjust your settings to allow access:
- Navigate to the 'Settings' tab.
- Select 'Admin and sub admin' from the menu on the left.
- Select 'View current profile' and then select 'Advanced options'.
- Ensure that 'Display shared candidates' has been selected.
- Select 'Save changes'.
