How do I generate a report in Assess Accredited?
Learn how to generate a report once your candidate has completed the assessment.
Once a candidate completes their assessment, follow these steps to generate their report via the Assess Accredited platform.
Note: All prices for the PPA reports are available in the 'Information tab', under 'Price Chart'.
Check your email
You will receive an email notification once the candidate has completed the assessment you assigned to them. Log in to Assess Accredited to generate the report.
Find the candidate
- Go to the 'People' tab.
- Select 'Search Candidates' from the left-hand menu.
- Use the 'Advanced Search' if needed to locate the candidate.
Access the candidate's dashboard
- Click on the candidate's name to enter their dashboard.
- This page lists their details and all assigned assessments.
Check assessment status
Use the Status & Report key on the left of the screen to help you check the status of the assessment you requested. Ensure the status has a:
- Green tick: Assessment is complete.
- Rectangle icon with a downward arrow: You can now create a report.
Generate the report
- Click the downward arrow icon in the 'Reports' column.
- A new window will open displaying available reports.
Tip: Ensure your browser allows pop-ups from Assess Accredited to view or download reports properly.
Select report actions
On the 'All Reports' list, you can click on:
- View: Opens the PDF of a listed report.
- Envelope icon: Opens the report as an attachment in an email.
- Create: Generates the PDF report.
Choose the report language.
Use the drop-down at the top to select a preferred language. Note that not all reports are available in every language.
Generate multiple reports (optional)
- Tick the boxes next to the multiple reports.
- Scroll down and click 'Open' to generate/download all selected reports.
Download or View
The report should download to your desktop or automatically open in a new tab.
Generate Compatibility Reports
To compare two candidates:
- Go to the 'Compatibility Reports' tab.
- Both candidates must have completed PPA assessments.
- This feature is specific to the PPA tool.
