The awaiting results status means that the assigned assessments have been completed, but you are unable to view them.
The pending status means that they have not been completed yet.
To solve this, click on the ellipsis to send a reminder to the Profile user. They will either be asked to sign in to share their results or nudged to complete the assigned assessments.
